Joseph M. Innello is the founding member of Innello & Company, P.C. Mr. Innello's practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning, business law (including corporations, limited liability companies, S-corporations and partnerships) taxation, intellectual property, real estate and probate law. Mr. Innello also advises businesses in all aspects of merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Innello is also a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. Prior to founding Innello & Company in 2002, Mr. Innello spent five years with a mid-sized, Boston law firm, practicing in the areas of estate planning, corporate, taxation and intellectual property. Mr. Innello has also worked as a Certified Public Accountant in a regional public accounting firm, where he provided financial, taxation and accounting services to small and medium sized businesses.

Mr. Innello received his Juris Doctor, cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1999 and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in the same year. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College in 1991. Mr. Innello is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants.
