 John G. Madden, Esq., CPA John has experience in choice of entity planning for privately held companies, retirement planning and pension plans. John also has significant experience with a variety of nonprofit organizations and he understands the challenges faced by nonprofit organizations such as fund-raising concerns, IRS rules, audit requirements faced by nonprofit organizations including those receiving federal and state funds, and filing requirements for nonprofit organizations raising funds in the various states. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree cum laude from Bryant College, and Juris Doctor Degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. |
